Privacy policy
This policy explains what data we collect when you use the Masar website, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We write it in plain language, because you deserve to understand what happens to your data.
Last updated: 16 September 2026
01The data we collect
We collect information you provide through the contact form, along with limited technical information generated when you use the website for operation, analytics and security.
- Your name, how to reach you (email or phone number), the plan you choose and the project details you write in the form.
02How we use your data
We use your data for one main purpose: to answer your request and provide the service we agree on.
- Contacting you about your enquiry or project, and sending you a quote.
- Improving the site’s content and experience based on aggregated statistics that don’t identify you.
- Meeting accounting and legal obligations when we sign a contract.
03What we don’t do with your data
We never sell, rent or trade your data with any marketing party, under any circumstances.
We don’t send you regular promotional messages unless you explicitly ask for them, and you can stop them at any time.
04Cookies
We use a small number of cookies needed for the site to work, such as remembering whether you prefer light or dark mode. We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t track you across other sites.
05Sharing data with third parties
We rely on technical service providers to run the site, and their access is limited to what they need to do their job:
- Cloudflare — hosting, global delivery and security protection for the site.
- Our email provider — to deliver the messages we exchange with you.
- WhatsApp — if you choose to message us there, the conversation is subject to the platform’s own privacy policy.
06How long we keep data
We keep enquiry messages for at most 24 months unless the enquiry becomes a contract, in which case we keep the contract documents for as long as accounting obligations require.
07Your rights
At any time, you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your data from our records permanently.
- Withdraw your consent to being contacted.
08Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
09Changes to this policy
When we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date shown above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
10Privacy contact
